-1 cup sugar

-1/2 cup corn syrup

-1 1/2 cups peanuts

-1 tablespoon butter

-1 teaspoon vanilla

-1 teaspoon baking soda

Méthode de préparation

 

  1. Grease a baking sheet or use Silpat®, and set aside.
  2. In a glass bowl, combine sugar and corn syrup. 
  3. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Add peanuts. Microwave on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. 
  4. Stir in butter and vanilla. Microwave on high for 1 minute longer. 
  5. Quickly stir in baking soda, stirring just until mixture is foamy. 
  6. Pour immediately onto greased or lined baking sheet. Let cool 15 minutes, or until set. Break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
